Biocloud is a yeast-derived cloud system, extracted from primary-grown saccharomyces cereviseae cells. Biocloud has been developed to give a stable turbidity to speciality beers (e.g. wheat beer types) and other beverages without significantly affecting colour or flavour. Added post-filter, it allows the brewer to achieve the correct visual appearance using other-wise standard lager ingredients.
